Women TechEU program

Ternaria Biosciences is proud to be a beneficiary of the Women TechEU program, funded by the European Union.

Margrét Helga Ögmundsdóttir, co-founder at Ternaria Biosciences has been awarded the Women TechEU grant from the European Union.

This recognition is a powerful validation of our technology and the work our team has been driving forward. Out of more than 1,100 applicants, only 40 companies were selected — a highly competitive 3.5% acceptance rate.

The grant gives us access to the EU’s vibrant innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem, opening doors to new partnerships, industry connections, and investor networks.

Women TechEU supports women-led deep-tech companies pushing the boundaries of science and technology. At Ternaria Biosciences, we are developing novel enzymes for mRNA production using AI-driven design, and this grant will accelerate the continued development of our platform and our path to impact.

Looking forward to advancing our technology and contributing to Europe’s deep-tech leadership as we continue pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in RNA innovation. See more about Women TechEU here:  https://womentecheurope.eu/
